Everyone at Parks has been working very hard this past year to bring you a series of enhanced customer service measures. We set forth a number of goals that will provide better communication with our customers. These goals include improving and updating our invoices, website and billing processes.
Through spring and summer, we did a great deal of research and talked with - and listened - to our customers to find the right technology and procedures to complete our goals. Behind the scenes this fall, we made dramatic changes to our customer service center. We are excited to now roll out two major improvements and upgrades for our customers. Beginning December 15, 2012 you will have a new invoice that is simpler and easier to understand. An outline explaining the new invoice format is shown below.
Also beginning December 15, we will launch upgrades to our website, allowing real-time access to your accounts. From our website at www.parksgarbage.com, you will be able to log into your Park’s Account for the following services:
